Mark obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and attended law school at the University of Ottawa.
Since his call to the Ontario bar in 1997, Mark’s practice has been devoted exclusively to civil litigation. He has acted successfully at all levels of the Ontario judicial system, including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, on behalf of insurers, defendants and plaintiffs. Mark’s practice includes all areas of litigation including personal injury, accident benefits, property damage, professional negligence, medical malpractice and commercial disputes.
