Acceptance. This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal
agreement between you and Bougadis Chang LLP Barristers ("Bougadis
Chang LLP"), the owner and operator of this website (the
"Site"). It states the terms and conditions under which you may access and
use the Site. By accessing and using the Site, you are indicating
your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not accept the Agreement, you must not access or use the Site.

Content is provided on an “as is” basis. While Bougadis Chang LLP
endeavours to provide Content that is correct, accurate
and timely, no representations or warranties are made
regarding the Site and/or the Content including, without
limitation, no representation or warranty that: (i) that the
operation of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free;
(ii) the Site or Content will be accurate, complete, current,
timely or suitable for any particular purpose; (iii)
that the Site will be free from viruses or harmful components;
(iv) that defects or errors in the Site or the Content will be
corrected; and (v) that communications to or from the Site
will be secure and/or not intercepted. You acknowledge
and agree that you are using the Site at your own risk and

Trade marks. Bougadis Chang LLP and Bougadis Chang LLP logo are
trade marks of Bougadis Chang LLP. Other names, words, title,
phrases, for example "Litigation is all we do", logos, designs, graphics, icons and trade marks displayed
on the Site may constitute registered or unregistered trade marks of Bougadis
Chang LLP or third parties. While certain trade marks of third parties
may be used by Bougadis Chang LLP under license, the display of third party
trade marks on the Site should not be taken to imply any relationship or
license between Bougadis Chang LLP and the owner of said trade mark or to
imply that Bougadis Chang LLP endorses the wares, services or business of
the owner of the said trade mark.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Site is
operated by Bougadis Chang LLP within the Province of Ontario,
Canada. By accessing or using the Site, you agree that
all matters relating to your access to, or use of, the Site
and its Content shall be governed by the laws of the Province
of Ontario and the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict
of laws principles. You agree and hereby submit to the
non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of
Ontario with respect to all matters relating to your access to
and use of the Site.
Termination. Bougadis Chang LLP may, in its sole
discretion, cancel or terminate your right to use the Site, or
any part of the Site, at any time without notice. In the
event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access
the Site or the part of the Site affected by such cancellation
or termination. The restrictions imposed on you with
respect to both the Content and the Site set out in this
Agreement shall survive. Bougadis Chang LLP shall not be liable
to any party for such termination.
Entire Agreement. Except for any agreement in
respect of Content, this is the entire agreement between you
and Bougadis Chang LLP relating to your access and use of the Site and
the Content herein. If any term or provision of this
Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions
shall remain in full force without being invalidated in any
way.
